A mock inspection will give an overall view of your service’s compliance using the key lines of enquiry but mapped against the new CQC strategy which will be in place soon. Depending on the size of your service, I will spend one or two days on site and another day writing up a report in the style of a CQC document. The main issues of non compliance would be listed and a RAG rated action plan given to you.

The inspection is totally non judgemental and confidential. During feedback I will advise you of best practice and may make suggestions how to immediately improve outcomes before you even get the report.

Once the inspection is finished and the report is completed, you are under no obligation to engage any more of my services, but I will continue to support you by email for 3 months after the visit with any queries you have or suggestions you may need in order to implement the actions from the report.

‘Mock Inspections’ are charged on a one off fee depending on the size of your service.
